HI THERE ; I GOT MARRIED ON 21ST NOV 2004 . WITHIN DAYS OF MARRIAGE ; CAME TO KNOW THAT MY WIFE TAKES SOME MEDICINES WHICH AS PER HERSELF ARE GIVEN ONLY BY HER MOTHER OR ELDER SISTER AND THAT SHE IS MEDICALLY UNFIT FOR MARRIAGE ; WHEN I TALKED TO HER PARENTS , WAS TAKEN TO HER HOUSE BY HER FATHER HAS SUED ME AND MY PARENTS FOR DOWRY HARASSEMENT . I WAS JAILED FOR 12 DAYS AND LATER WAS RELEASED ON BAIL .. MY WIFE HAS FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST US AND AS THE LAW IS IN FAVOUR OF WOMEN FOLK ; THEY EASILY MISUSE IT . I AM THANKFUL TO FEW PERSONS WHO ARE TAKING CARE OF MY CASE AS THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH SUPPORT ; BUT STILL I DONT NOW HOW TO GET OUT OF IT ...

I am one of such victims of 498A. Basically CA and holding responsible position in one big Indian Company. On false complaint by my wife, police came to arrest me in office in front of my subordinates. Kept me in custody, my uncle and mother were also about to be arrested. This is a pure harassment by my wife in order to achieve her selfish intentions . This false news was explosed by media in the local dailies which had tarnished my so called hard gained good public image.Actually it is harassment from my wife to me . I have 6 months old son who has been cruely snatched by my wife from me.

I am a young postgraduate (MBA) named Sachin Shah from one of the most respected families of Jaipur (Rajasthan).

I have gotten married on 3rd April 2002 with Hansa Jain from Gwalior good looking and tall girl and we have a 2 years small and very sweet duaghter named Aarushi Shah.


My mother in law came to jaipur on 2/5/2004 and took my wife and daughter to Gwalior in a relative marrige on 4/5/2004 my father, mother and me went to leave her to the bus stand. After she went to gwalior we had regular telephonic conversation for around 20 days all things where well, she promised me that she will come with her elder sister on 24/5/2004 but she did not camed.

My mother in law camed to jaipur on 31/5/2004 and asked me and my father to send me to Gwalior other wise they will sue dowery case on us and send me and my family members to jail but we disagreed.

My father decied to go to Gwalior to talk to my wife but a few hours later on 31/5/2004 when my mother in law and father in law went from our home we received Notice of SECTION 125 for maintanance and next day her mother talked to my father that hansa (my wife) will not come back and they want a divorce but I and my family said we want her back they said she will not come back to Jaipur. So I filed a case under SECTION 9 (Reinstitute conjugal rights) on 11/06/2204 in morning and same day they filed FIR under SECTION 498A in the evening.

My wife has given 3 england letters in court which shows my Fahter, Mother, I and my younger brother use to beat her for dowery the dates she had mentioned in that letters were the dates on which she was actually in Gwalior and the letters havs stamp of Jaipur and Gwalior. During this period my wife generally use to send me emails which shows that the letters given in court are fraud.
Its an appeal from me again please tell me what should I do.

My mother-in-law is a small leader in BJP and had good connections with police she is misusing it to harm us.
